I have prayed about this decision to join and I understand that this is more than just a dance troupe. We are a unit, we are ministers sent to bring change, we shift nations, and we are about the kingdom of God.*

I will represent LEADance Alliance Ltd. Co integrally & spiritually; in season and out of season.*

I will understand that I will be required to pay monthly dues. these dues help offset the cost of events we host ex. The For Your Glory Conference.

Dues will be discussed at meeting.*

I will give permission for LEADance Alliance Ltd. Co. to take photos and video of me, if needed, and understand that it can be used for marketing purposes. *

I will be committed and dedicate my time, accordingly, with LEADance Alliance Troupe schedule of events, rehearsals, etc...I understand that schedules are subject to change accordingly).*

I will be available for our monthly zoom training (Schedule - TBA). *

I understand that LEADance Alliance Ltd. Co represents Christ and is here to be willing vessels to be used for His glory and not for self gain or glory. *

I will effectively communicate with the director, the team, and those around me, in the Spirit of truth & love and I will go to my bro/sis, respectfully, if I have an issue or disagreement.*

As a representative of LEADance Alliance Ltd. Co, I won't just dance, but minister according to the Holy Spirit to break yokes, bring healing, and deliverance to all those I minister to, through dance.

I will be consistent in my personal time in the Word of God and personal prayer so that I can stay equipped and war ready, w/o fear, and ready to be used however the Lord chooses to use me when going out into the world to serve through movement arts with the Troupe.

I know who I am and I understand that I am what God says I am, I am equipped for the work of the kingdom, I am a bondage breaker, an atmosphere shifter, a demon slayer, and a anointed vessel of God; willing and ready to set the captives free!*

I will abide by the rules set by Leaders Equipped & Anointed in Dance Alliance?*

Before i sign this, I make it known that I clearly understand what I am signing, and by signing this document makes, I make this document legal and binding, and I will NOT hold LEADance Alliance Ltd. Co., Its subsidiaries - (Power of Praise Dance Academy, LEADesigns), or its church affiliations, at risk or fault for any accidents, incidents, or mishaps that could occur during any event, service, while traveling, or anything involving my participation with the troupe.*
